AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS- Spike's Scholars

 

Cost is $30 for the entire semester. Clubs will last from August 21st-December 19th for this session. We will have a new session to sign up for in January.  

 

Clubs are intended to provide educational support to students in grades 1 – 8. In addition to offering tutoring after school we will also be offering extracurricular clubs at that same time.  This way every student has the opportunity to participate in extracurricular activities.  Spike’s Scholars will still offer clubs following our tutoring session; to ensure that the tutoring students also get to enjoy them!   The students will be taught and supervised by adults on our campus.  The program will be held Monday through Thursday from 2:45 – 5:00 p.m. Some of the available programs include:    

                 

• Interactive activities to enhance your child’s math skills

• Technology

• Athletic activities

• Hands-on science activities

• Computer Literacy

• Lego Science

• Advanced Gaming

• Books and Crafts

 

Our intention is to see ACA students thrive academically.  We are offering programs that will help your child in content that they might be struggling with.  In addition to academic assistance, we are also offering hands on clubs that are focused on STEAM (science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math).  These clubs are intended to enhance your child’s knowledge of the subjects and allow them to think ‘outside the box’.  Attendance in the clubs and tutoring is essential to your child’s success.  Please make every effort to attend each session.
