ACA Supports Luke Air Force Base
ACA’s CEO, Melissa Holdaway, represented ACA in her ride along flight in an F16 fighter jet. Mrs. Holdaway is involved with a program through fighter country partnership that pairs community leaders with commanders at the base.
Through this partnership, several commanders have shared their story with our students during the monthly “lunch with leaders.” Mrs. Holdaway’ s 70-minute flight included a couple of flyovers in Surprise AZ so she could have an aerial view of Arizona Charter Academy and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
She stated:
“This program provided an appreciation for what our men and women in the Air Force do on a daily basis to keep us safe and has given me a new level of respect for their profession.”
We are proud of our CEO, Mrs. Holdaway, her 70 minutes in an F16, and our Air Force men and women!
