Dear ACA Families,
In the best interest of the general community and after careful consideration of the health and safety of our students families and staff the ACA Governing Board voted to extend Spring Break through March 27th and offer only remote learning through April 3rd. To be clear, all students will remain off campus through April 3rd. Please remember, at this time, there are no confirmed cases of COVID-19 affecting our school. ACA is fortunate we have sufficient instructional minutes to sustain our extended spring break while still meeting State educational requirements. It has also been communicated from the AZ Dept. Of Education that all schools close through March 27th while making every effort to provide continued education learning opportunities. ACA is prepared to do this in the following ways:
March 16-23rd - Regular Scheduled Spring Break
March 24th - 27th - Extended Spring Break for students. Supplemental learning options will be communicated by no later than March 23rd.
March 30th - April 3rd – ACA is able to provide continued instruction during this time. Students will engage in off-campus online and remote learning. Parents will receive additional information the week of March 23rd.
