Parent Portals

The parent portal is an online portal accessible anywhere on the web that parents can log in to and see all of their children in one place, their grades, assignments, scores, attendance, schedules, and school bulletins for each school your children attend. You can also use PowerSchool for Parents to register to receive email alerts for grades, attendance, assignments, and two-way messaging with teachers.

The PowerSchool Mobile app is a “mobile friendly” version of the PowerSchool Parent/Student Portal website. Parents and students can use the mobile app to access student attendance, student schedules, class assignments and scores, report card/progress report grades, and email links to teachers. The PowerSchool mobile app now supports MyPowerHub’s communication features, including two-way with messaging teachers, newsfeeds and school bulletin.

The mobile app is designed for iPhones/iOS, tablets, and Google/Android devices. Please note you must have a Parent/Student Portal account to use the mobile app. 

MyPowerHub brings together key information to parents about their children from multiple PowerSchool tools that are conveniently consolidated into one easy-to-access view. Effortlessly access grades, assignments, newsfeeds, two-way messaging, and more—all in a single, centralized hub. MyPowerHub is currently available through any web browser and is mobile responsive, so it can be easily viewed on a mobile phone or tablet.

To enhance our existing absence-checking procedure, Arizona Charter Academy is introducing a new, more efficient student absence reporting system called SafeArrival from SchoolMessenger. This new system will reduce the time it takes to verify student attendance, make it easy for you to report your child’s absence and easy for staff to respond to unexplained student absences.
With SchoolMessenger SafeArrival, you are asked to report your child’s absence in advance using any of these 3 convenient methods:

1. Use the SchoolMessenger SafeArrival website, home.schoolmessenger.com. The first time you use the website, select Sign Up to create your account. Select Attendance then Report an Absence.

2. Call the toll-free number 844-855-5247 to report an absence using the automated phone system.
3. Use your mobile device, download and install the SchoolMessenger app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. You can also access it via the Parent PowerSchool Mobile App, the parent portal or MyPowerHub.

These options are available 24 hours/day, 7 days a week. Future absences can be reported at any time.
